Commercial Affiliate Information Page

A.    In order to be approved and established as a Commercial Affiliate Store and REMOTE ENGRAVING SOLUTION or INTERACTIVE PHARMACY PROGRAM account:

1. You must have a "brick & mortar" retail store.
   
2. Your retail store should have no engraving ability or limited engraving ability.
   
3. You must have a street address where your store accepts retail traffic.
   
4. Your store may be a pharmacy, jewelry store, hospital retail store or other type of retail store that Medic Assist would approve for this program.
   
5. If you meet these requirements, you should then sign up as a standard Affiliate first, and then proceed to section "B", below to request approval as a Commercial Affiliate Store.
